Course 1 - Tandoori Satay

Grilled chickenless satay skewers rubbed with tandoori spices (cumin, paprika, garlic, ginger, coriander, and cardamom), served with Thai coconut peanut sauce.

Course 2 - Apple Salad

Arugula and apple salad with tomato and cucumber, tossed in a salad dressing spiced with chaat masala.

Course 3 - Curried Coconut Pumpkin Soup

A pureed soup made with coconut milk and kabocha, spiced with garam masala. Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds.

Course 4 - Beefless Fresh Rolls

Fresh rolls made with lettuce, mint, carrot, mango, cucumber and impossible beef that has been spiced.

Course 5 - Cauliflower and Potato 88

A stir-fry of well seasoned battered cauliflower and potatoes patterned after the Indian dish β€œChicken 65”. Cauliflower spiced with garam masala, with ginger, garlic, red onion, Thai basil and thai chilis. Served on a bed of cilantro-lime rice and drizzled with vegan tikka masala sauce.

Course 6 - Kheer

Saffron thick rice pudding with vegan ice cream topped with pistachios.
